Yesterday (7th August) we met up nice and early. After a trip to greggs to pick up some essentials (a sweet chilli sandwich and some cheese and onion crisps).
We headed into a loft to get down some vocal ideas for the album. This is the same loft where we recorded the vocals for the ‘Raygun’ EP. We really like it in there. It’s nice and cosy and out of the way.
The first song we worked on is really fresh, Steve has really been knuckling down an writing a lot, and it’s really paying off.
We worked on 4 songs, an after a bit of backing vocals, we decided to head back for some coffee and some mixing.
The songs are sounding really really good.
